Tentative VA offer Professional Nursing Standards

I received a tentative offer and I need to complete my write up for Nurse II for the professional nursing standards board. Where do I start? I worked in med/surg for a year and half and the rest of my time has been in corrections which is a very different environment and we don't really have committees or things like that.
