I am not able to find many of us in this area, and am trying to set up some protocols for a small office. Anyone know of a list of SMALL software companies that might help? I have used excellent resources on a big scale, and am now looking for a smaller outfit. I have Shelia's material and am working off of that. Thanks for your responses in advance, I know you are out there:-) Traumamama

The software used at the call center where I worked was
Centramax. I don't know how expensive it is, but it was
great, and easy to use. Since most of our clients were
pediatric practices, the software was modeled on, "Your Child's
Health". I have forgotten the author's name. We also used
some adult protocols, but I do not know the source.

We too use Centramax for our mostly "pediatric" patients. We are moving to a new program the first of October which I think is called "Pathways". Our Centramx program as well as the books we use when computers are down (or if working from home) is written by Barton D. Schmitt, MD, a well-known pediatric protocol author so I've heard.
Do a search on http://www.google.com on either "centramax" or "barton schmitt". Tons of links should help you in your endeavor.!
