Telemedicine Nurse Practitioner Jobs

Has anyone on this forum worked in telemedicine as a NP? If so, what does it entail? Does it pay well?

I am interested in this also for psych. So far I have found you have to be licensed in the state the patient is in. Each state has their own laws. Video equipment has to be HIPAA compliant. I have made enquiries and nothing pans out--so far!
