TEAS VI test formatting help

Published

Hi, I am not very good with computers. I just took the TEAS test and could not figure out how to manipulate the exhibits in the Math and reading sections. I opened the exhibits and they covered the whole screen, and if I wanted to read the question again, I had to close the exhibit.

My question for anyone who has taken the test: is there a way to view the questions on one side of the screen and the exhibit on the other? I just couldn't figure out how to do that and it really would have helped me to see BOTH the questions and the exhibit.

Also, I did not purchase the practice tests. Do the practice tests have these exhibits? If so, I will definitely purchase it so that I can practice this!

Many thanks!

I cannot speak for the TEAS 6 exam because I haven't taken it yet (my exam date is April 13th). However, as for the practice tests, with Practice test A, the reading exhibits didn't take up the entire screen, only a portion of it. I can't remember if I was able to resize it, but I don't believe I was.

There is no way to do have exhibit on one side and question on the other. The best thing you can do is drag the exhibit to the side, however, it will cover a part of the question. I don't recall seeing exhibits anywhere but the reading section.

Practice test A and B are the exact format as the real test, hence, I recommend buying one to get the feel for the test.

Good luck!

Many thanks for your answers! I'll definitely get the practice tests.
