Teas v

Published

Hello I have a quick question regarding to the teas. i took my teas V on april at a different community college and didnt do as good as i wanted. So today i received a letter from another college to notify my acceptance to their program for spring 2015 and to take my teas V with them. For just a curiosity, i decided to make another account on the ati website so i enter the name of the new school with my school id number and i was surprise it let me make another account but with a different email. Therefore, the other teas score doesn't show on this new institution because i made another account for it. The teas for this school is until october. So my question is, is the teas V statewide meaning the first time i took the exam with a different school, Do i really have to send it to other schools and this one or can I just use this new account and take the teas with them.I just want to score high as possible so i can have a greater chance .

For this school they give us two tries but if we want to take it for the second time we have to do a remedial course.

Thank you

That's quite interesting. I'm taking the teas on the 24th of this month. I took the teas last year February for another institution and did horrible because I went in cold. The school I'm interested in gives me 2 tries for the teas. I told them I took it last year and they said that counts as one try. I don't think that's fair at all. So what I'm saying to you is that I hope the school you are applying to doesn't see it as you trying to cheat the system if you know what I mean. Ask them if that previous score counts as your first try.

I already call and talk to the nursing director and she said that it was okay and I can take it with them and it will count as a first try with them since the other exam I took it with a different school. So I think it depends each school teas v policy.

How weird I thought I reply back? Anyways, I already spoke with the nursing director and told me it will count as my first try with them and that everyschool has a different policy.

You are lucky! Good luck
