Hey everyone!!!! I am in a deep pickle right now! I am finishing up my fall semester with physiology and right after I will start to prepare to take the TEAS V test on January 2. I have to meet the application deadline to one of the universities by January 5! I am EXTREMELY stressed out and debating whether or not I should just drop the application to that particular university. (I still have other options) Any advice with what to except on the TEAS? How much time did you take to prepare for the test? What should I expect? Do you think I should take the test only with 2 weeks of studying?

I was really stressed out about the TEAS V test as well. It's a lot harder than people expect and I've ran into a lot of pre-nursing students who've failed the test. Because I was going to school full time and didn't know the extent of study prep I needed, I looked up TEAS prep courses. I ended up signing up with Adkins Academy, and it was a 5 week course, one day a week. Every Sunday I would wake up and do a live web-cam session with other pre-nursing students with Dr. Adkins as the teacher. Each class ran 4-6 hours, and went over one subject every class. This course was 100% worth it and I scored in the 98th percentile my first time! If you plan on doing the studying without a prep course, make sure to get multiple ATI study books and focus ALOT on the science and english section.
