TEAS V for Allied Health or TEAS V for Nursing????

I just took the TEAS V for Allied Health and I will be applying to the PTA program and 2 Nursing programs can I use the score on the allied health exam? Or do I have to take the teas v for nursing students? The application does not specify, which is why I choose that one. Help!!! Nursing is my first option
