You can get "TEAS Review Manual, Version 5.0 (ATI, Study Manual for the Test of Essential Academic Skills(TEAS))” from Amazon or your college library. Although, any normal TEAS book like “McGraw-Hill’s” should be fine. If you are fresh on your prerequisite classes, you should be fine and it shouldn’t be hard. Best of luck.

I studied both the ATI manual and the McGraw-Hill- McGraw-Hill is nowhere near sufficient alone in my opinion. If you research this website, you will see that most people agree that the ATI study manual is the most important by far...

I bought the teas v test exam secrets by mometrix ($28). It has 3 full practice exams in the back of the book. I didn't buy the ATI test booklet, due to how much the ATI book cost ($100+) However, I did feel Mometrix' book fully covered all areas the teas test has. I got an 82, 87, and a 91 on the practice tests, and an 86 on the actual teas (my goal was a 90).
Math-100
Reading- 81
Science-80
English-86.7
If I had the money, I would have bought both, but I am happy with the results.
