I liked the Mometrix's TEAS secrets study guide. However, if you aren't taking any A&P classes before you take the test, then you're going to need to go more in depth than any TEAS study guide is going to be able to give you. A&P Crash Course on Youtube will give you an overview, but you might also want to find a A&P textbook and teach yourself what you can. Khan Academy has a lot of videos. It goes into more details than you'll need for the TEAS, but it might be details you need to fully understand the body systems.

Mometrix seems to be what everyone recommends (haven't used it myself). You can also find a lot of TEAS flashcards on quizlet. If you learn well with flashcards, consider Anki as well.

Past that, Khan Academy likely has videos on many of the major A&P concepts.

That said, is there a reason you're trying to take the TEAS before A&P? Its my understanding that most programs require at least 3 (if not all) science courses to be complete prior to applying. On top of that, there are several that will only accept your first TEAS score. Depending on how competitive the programs you're looking at are, and what your goals are, it might be worth reconsidering.

Yes, that may put you "behind schedule" a year, but that's better than risking a poor TEAS score.
