TEAS score or program percentile?

Published

I'm checking out LPN programs for technical schools that I would like to apply to. I've called them and they've told me that I need a score higher than a 55% on the TEAS test. I got an overall 70% score and a 25 program percentile. Does anyone know if what they need is the actual score or the program percentile. I took this test for a university, and they focused it on the program percentile. Are my scores really low, can anyone explain. If anyone can, please answer both questions. Thanks.

i just pulled out my TEAS results. They are not looking for the information underneath the score (which i assume you are talking about for the 70%). They will be basing it off of program or national percentiles. So you want to look in those areas to see where you stand. It seems really low if you got a 70 score and are only ranked in the 25th percentile. What are you in national? What does it say is the program mean? Maybe your school just has people kick butt when they take the TEAS?
