Hello everyone,
I am in the middle of a MSN program for Nursing Education, and my goal is to teach online, specifically: facilitate courses for online universities/colleges of nursing.
Does anyone here do this? From my research, an MSN is the basic educational requirement (some universities require a PhD). Being adjunct faculty for online universities is what I'd really like to do.
Any comments/input from others who teach online is appreciated!
Thanks,

I have been teaching on-line for quite a while now. It is more labor intensive initially than just lecturing in the classroom. Once you get everything lined out and set up it makes your life a lot easier.
Our whole program went on-line excluding lab and clinical. The students either love it or hate it.
Thanks for responding! Do you teach for more than one university? Do you have any suggestions as to getting a job doing this? Did you take any courses in internet course facilitation or the various platforms, such as Blackboard? Sorry for so many questions, but this is what I'd really like to do with my MSN so I'm pretty excited about it.
