Has anyone taken the Trauma Care After Resuscitations (TCAR) course? Did it provide a lot of good training/information and/or does it look good on a resume for an ICU nurse? It is offered in my area soon, and I really want to take it, but it would require a few hours drive, cost of the class, and a hotel overnight, so I just want to make sure it is worth it.

I took TCAR. It was a good course. Not sure if it would be worth driving hours for though.
