TCAB Project

In my hospital we have TCAB (Transitioning Care At the Bedside) and I'm on the unit council in my unit. And, it's come to the point where my boss must present a TCAB project to her bosses. So, she wants us to come up with some ideas. Personally, I'd rather not have any ideas but, I don't want my boss nor myself or other council members to get in trouble bc they are just looking for reasons to fire. I work on a general surgery floor and we have Carotids, Hysterectomy, thyroidectomy, cholecystectomy, pretty much any ectomy you can think of. Anyway, if anyone has some good TCAB project ideas will you please pass them my way. I'd be grateful for any help I can get. Thanks in advance for your help!
