Tampa Starting Salary

Hello!

I am graduating this December with my entry-level MSN. I understand that I am still considered the same as someone who has an associates or bachelors but I am hoping to get into the behavioral health field since I also have my bachelors in psychology and master's in social work along with 5 years of psychiatric hospital experience. What would be an appropriate salary for a new grad in the Tampa area considering my non-nursing psych experience?
