I took my nclex this past September, i finished school august 6 & tested sept 7. I used exam cram, nclex 3000 pn(google it), saunders nclex book, ncsbn 3 week course ($50) did a few chapters out the lacharity book & the 35 page study guide that can be found on this site. I studied EVERYDAY! 4-6 hours aday. I did 150-200 questions a day. Some people signed up for those $400 review courses but FOR ME, thats too much money on top of the fees for the nclex & i felt like those 15 months of school prepared me & the material i used was more like a review & I PASSED THE 1st TIME! Use whatever resources you are comfortable with. I think what i used was sufficient & will do the same thing when i take nclex again for my RN. Have confidence & faith & you will be successful. You get out what you put in. Just study, study, study! I thought about pushing my test date to october but glad i didnt.

I took my Nclex Sept 17th of this year and one thing I realized there is honestly no way to study. You need to just get familiar with the style of questions and know the basics like labs. I had a ton of select all that apply and honestly I dont think I knew half of the material on y exam but i finished in 45min and passed the first try remain calm and be confident a lot of the questions just want to know that you know what to do in a certain situations even if you dont know what the med is or the disease process is are you gonna lift the head first or apply o2
