Taking a few months off for baby after nursing school?

Hello,

I found out that I am 10w pregnant. I'm a non traditional student, being that I am 26 y/o returning to finish up my bachelors. I just finished up my junior year of nursing school so my baby would be due around winter break early December. I am trying to figure out realistically, if it is possible to finish nursing school with a newborn baby for 5 months during my last semester of senior year which would be from late Jan-May 2019. Also, I wanted to know if it would be incredibly detrimental to take off 6 months after nursing school to take care of my baby before entering the work force. I plan to study for and take NCLEX within a month or two of graduating though. Any thoughts? Anybody been in a situation where they were pregnant, had young kids during or right after nursing school? Hello

I am an IEN have successfully completed CRPNE exam in Feb 2018, I wanted to do some courses which we help to be a better nursing practice in Canada. What are the short-term courses that will me in my practise,which school or college should i get those courses.

I had a classmate who delivered right at the end of a semester, which was the winter one, and that enabled her to take a lot of time off over the summer before hitting the books again in the fall. She had her baby and was back taking an exam 2 days later. It wasn't her first kid, though, it was her third. I think the longer time you take off after graduation, the harder it will be for you to get in gear and start a nursing job. I would definitely take the NCLEX within two months of graduating.
