I used Kaplan on line course. I'm a foreign educated nurse and left nursing school 16 years ago. I really think Kaplan prepares you for the exam, gives you lots of content and question sets to work through and a Q bank with 1500 questions. I found the questions on Kaplan much more difficult than the actual NCLEX which I passed first time on September 22nd with 75 questions. I studied the Kaplan course for just under 4 months and did 6 hours a day, no evening and no weekends.
take it a day at a time, I started with the areas that I was really clueless about. You have lots of knowledge and will be able to make calculated choices, Kaplan teach you a decision tree which is really helpful if you are not sure of the answer of a question. Good luck and believe in yourself.

I am a cebuana graduated BSN 5 years ago and was planning to take Nclex-Rn by early 2015. I honestly have phobia on taking the boards because during my NLE it took me ..th times to pass! So now I am asking you to share your study guide/plan, books you highly recommend, motivation to succeed and over all tips! I am hoping to make it just 1 time. Thank you all in advance!
