Tacoma General vs St Josephs Ed/ICU Residency

Hello, I am a recent BSN graduate who applied for Residency positions in the Tacoma area. I have been offered a residency position for ICU at St Josephs and a residency position for the ED at Tacoma general. I'm having trouble deciding which to take. I love both departments and am having trouble trying to find information about the hospitals and satisfaction of their nursing employees. Does anyone know these two hospitals? And pros or cons to either? HELP! Please! Thanks! :-)

Which position did you end up taking? I'm almost done with my ICU residency at St. Joe's so if you still need any input let me know! Congrats on receiving two offers.... feels good to have the privilege to turn down good job offers, doesn't it? :)

I ended up taking the ICU one at St. Joe's. :-) I just moved from New Mexico to Washington last month. I'm having some issues with my license, and Pearson releasing my test results. Hopefully once I get all that straightened out I will be starting. I can't wait! I'm so excited!
