Sutter- Second Interview with Chief Nursing Executive

Hi,

I recently had my first interview with a hospital, Sutter, and it went really well. The nurse manager informed me the next step in the process is an interview with the Chief Nursing Executive. I am wondering if anyone has experienced their second interview being with the CNE and what types of questions I should expect? My first interview was a panel interview that mostly consisted of basic interview questions. However, I was surprised that they didn't ask some of the more common nursing questions about conflict, difficult patients, biggest challenge, going above and beyond etc. Maybe these will be asked in the second interview? Any advice would be great.
