well, i have almost survived my first 2 weeks working as a graduate nurse!!! working full time really is building my confidence (most of the time) and nursing skills. i feel like i've done more in these past 2 weeks than i did all through nursing school. i worked as an intern but could only work 1 shift a week for 3 months. most of the time i am confident but sometimes i have doubts. everyone says that is normal. i am still waiting for authorization to take my nclex and i am getting more nervous by the minute. if you are working as a graduate nurse, how is your experience? everything you thought and more?

I wish I could be working as a new graduate nurse! I fret daily about finding work, ever. Honestly, I would take any job for any wage. I graduated with a 4.0, passed my NCLEX, and have no idea how to actually find a job. Let alone a job I like.
