Hello, all. I really could use your help. Will you please take a look at my survey? It is short and does not invade anyone's privacy. I am working with two HHC nurses. Even though we are being graded on this project, we each are very interested and excited to see what data is collected from this survey. It is an eight question survey. You will find it in this forum under the title: Home Health Care Nurses posted by cpthectasap. The goal of this survey is to determine why HHC nurses choose to work either per diem or full time.

We believe that more and more HHC nurses are choosing to work less than a forty hour schedule. Why?
