I am nursing student who is about to graduate, with the current RN cuts trend in Ontario, Canada since the start of this year, I am very concerned. According to RNAO, there are more than 400 RN positions that has been cut since January, 2015. I am very passionate about this topic. I have created a video regarding this issue. Promoting ways for individual nurses to make a change.
