SUNY Farmingdale nursing program?

so as of about twenty minutes ago, my mom told me that i've been accepted into farmingdale state college, but now i have to take an entrance exam to see if i'm able to actually get into the program!

unfortunately, i don't know enough about farmingdale to know what that means. :x is farmingdale's nursing school competitive/hard to get into? like, is this something i should be extremely proud of?

i'm a second semester freshman (at suny cortland) at the moment, and i actually wasn't planning on transferring to a nursing school until after my sophomore year, but since this may be an option, should i take it now?

I found this thread when searching for a current Farmingdale thread and was surprised to see most of the threads were from a few years ago!! Did you end up taking the exam? I took the entrance exam and am just waiting to hear back! Ive heard that like most other nursing schools it is very competitive and that the score on the entrance exam is what really decides your fate!
