Hi,
I am currently planning on applying to SUNY Downstate's ABSN program (I am also applying to Mount Sinai's ABSN program so I am comparing these two programs) for summer 2020. However, I am worried because I don't know any information about the program. I am hoping any graduates of the program or current students will be able to answer my questions or provide any information you think will be helpful.
Some of my questions are: How big are the class sizes? Do you feel the administration is helpful and truly there for you if you are having a problem? What's the acceptance rate? Did you feel you had to teach yourself all the information and the professors weren't helpful? Were you prepared for the NCLEX? Were they accepting of religions and if there were any special needs due to religion?
These are just some questions, but anything would be helpful! Thank you so much!
