Summer/Fall New Grad Start Dates

Hi all,

I am still a year out from graduating from OHSU with a BSN (June 2021), but I was curious about the different Summer/early fall start dates for new grad programs in the greater Portland area. I am open to commuting an hour from Portland. I'm trying to share my passion for nursing with my passion for long distance hiking and see if I'll have some time after graduation to hike a trail.

I've read that if I do wait for the next hiring group, I'll be considered an old new grad. This will make finding a new grad program challenging. Any thoughts on that?
