Suggestions for Nurse Practitioner Role

I currently work as a NP through an Urgent Care. I'm finding myself really burnt out lately and wondering if I'm going to have a job in the next few months. Does anyone have any suggestions for a new career path as an NP? Like does a Research NP job exist without prior experience or conducting clinical trials without clinical experience in this area? Any advice/suggestions are welcome!
