:):nurse:hi everyone, i would like to ask for your help. I'm going to have my presentation on the behavioral analysis of my patient next week, the problem is that my data and analysis are not that comprehensive. Here's the case:
28 years old female, substance abuse for 10 years due to family:typing:typing
problems and abusive violent live-in partner. She has no one to turn too because
she's not close with her family and she has no reliable friends. At 18, she became a
mother of a healthy baby girl. On the other hand, it was stated on the chart that she
was taking methamphetamine while in contrast to what the patient claimed, she
said she was using MDMA. Two years ago she's manifesting withdrawal:crying2:
symptoms, sleeping, eating and mood disorder. And took the following medicines,
Akineton, Rivotril, zyprexa (Olanzapine), lithium carbonate, and chlorpromazine.
Recently, she was diagnosed as in FUll remission, base from my interaction with
the patient she was able to respond well, with a low tone of voice, hesitant to have
an eye contact, able to join the different therapies, able to disclose sensitive events
in her life, good hygiene, but with slow thought processing and sometimes losses
her focus/concentration, and easily distracted:typing:typing
Please help me make a comprehensive behavioral analysis. First problem, I formulated 3 nursing dx but i'm not sure if its appropriate. Can anyone suggest nursing dx that fits my patient's case, and good interventions.
Second problem, we are ask to make a paradigm presentation / psychodynamic of the patient, I'm having a hard time making it. In the psychodynamic we need to relate or connect the followingathophysio, medicines used, symptoms manifested, theories, unresolve issue in her growth and development, nursing dx. interventions, predisposing factors, precipitating stressors, and suggested therapies. Can anyone share their ideas and suggestions.:typing:typing
Third problem, Has anyone know a site that contains the different theories in nursing.
Forth problem, can somebody share with me and the rest of the student nurses a sample of a comprehensive process recording and behavioral analysis.
Thank you in advance.
