Sub Acute Clinical

Hello all!

I first must thank everyone who posts on this site! It has been a great site for me to look at for answers to questions or to see how other students are doing.

I am going to school in Canada for my LPN. I am about to begin my last group clinical (before my preceptorship) in a hospital setting and must admit i am VERY nervous.

I guess i feel that i am unprepared in many of my skills :o and I am also nervous as to what to encounter in a sub-acute setting.

Is there any comments/advice to help me prepare for my last group clinical?

Or a typical day in the life of a LPN? (I will be on a medical unit).

Thanks again for any help! I hope to be posting more often as my provincial exam is comming (Jan.10th)!
