Student visa looking for sponsorship-work visa

Hi, I am an international student currently on my last semester of nursing school in Naples, Florida. I am in the process of searching for jobs that offer sponsorship in southwest Florida but I am open to relocate in other areas of Florida. I was wondering if anyone has any ideas or any information regarding the sponsorship program at any hospitals in Florida. Please let me know!
