Student needs to interview a NICU nurse for a project

Hi! I'm doing a career presentation on NICU nursing. I'd like to know:

What a typical day is like for you?

What duties do you regularly have to perform? (This sort of goes along with the first question I suppose. I just need a sort of "job description")

What special precautions do you have to take (like do you wear protective gowns and masks all the time, etc.)?

What is the most challenging thing about NICU nursing?

What is the most rewarding thing about NICU nursing?

Any advice or "words of wisdom" for a student who wants to go into this field?
