Struggles & Tips for Science classes

HI, I am currently a pre-nursing student and having problems with A&P. My freshmen year, I made a D in A&P2 and C in A&P1. Now, my second time is a C in both classes. During the Summer, I will be taken Microbiology. However, will it hurt my GPA if I retake A&P for the third time or remain a C?
