Strong Memorial/Rochester General How much overtime?

Can anyone living in Rochester tell me what the work environment is like at either of these two hospitals or their affiliates specifically if there is a lot of opportunity/need for overtime? I am looking to move to the area but the salary and extra compensation like on call pay and shift differential are a lot less than other areas.

Also unlike most people I love working nights and weekend but so far all of the jobs I have seen rotate all three shifts. Do they allow someone to not rotate if they agree to always works nights?
