StraighterLine Microbiology

Published

I am taking my prereqs for my BSN through StraighterLine.

I'm feeling a bit lost on how to be successful in this course. There are so many reading assignments that aren't the textbook: links to websites, articles, even to Wikipedia on things I am not sure I will actually be tested on like the history of Microbiology and the first microscopists. Is it necessary to read ALL of the material and take notes on all of it? If that's the case, this one course will take several months.

Also, any tips on studying for the final exam? I feel very lost on how to tackle this course. I'm also doing the lab, which I plan on tackling after I finish the course, unless this is unwise?

I'd appreciate any help, guidance, or personal experience with this course.

Thanks!!
