Still waiting for Bvnpt's mail

Hi guys. can somebody pls help me. I have completed and sent my requirements to Bvnpt last Oct 2015 for vocational nursing exam. And up to now I am still waiting for their mail. When I mail them my application forms I also include a postcard and they sent it back to me with a stamp of the date and time they've open/received my requirements. I was so happy that they got my mailed requirements but it has been almost 4months and I still don't know if I qualify or approved by them. They didn't mail me yet or maybe they forgotten. IDK. So now i'm worried. What should I do? What should be my next step? I emailed them but they didn't respond yet. 🙁😕
