I am currently in my 1st semester in nursing school and would like some advise. My instructor told us today as we were practicing to only use the one rolling table to set up as you can not turn your back on your field how do you so much on such a small space and put on sterile gloves?? I know this skill is very important to learn correctly any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Where you set up is optional. You need to make sure the surface is clean and at an appropriate level of course, but aside from that, if you don't have enough room on the table, set up elsewhere. Or back up from your sterile field and reapproach from the front.
