States that accept LPN PNEQ for endorsement

I attended nursing school in Florida for my ASN degree. I completed the entire RN program but did not pass my exit exam. As a result, the school allowed me to take the NCLEX for LPN via PNEQ. I currently live in Georgia and they do not endorse nurses who completed partial RN program. They must complete an actual LPN program. Can you please inform me of some states that will give me endorsement to be able to start working with my licenses?
