I graduated in May and then we moved to New Jersey from the South (my husband was transferred). It's been a big adjustment, especially for my two children. I decided not to start working until September to get us settled. I just got my license so now I can look for a job. I am a little afraid that if I start interviewing now, it will be a deal killer when I tell them I can't start right away. With the shortage, I'm thinking that they will pressure me to start right away or not get the position. Am I being silly about that? When would you advise I start to contact hospitals and send out resumes?
Thanks -
