Hi! It definitely goes by fast! Try to control your nerves as best as you can hahaha I know it's hard. Have good unique examples for a few different behavioral scenarios. The questions on the webinar are good replicas and good to practice with. Don't focus too much on the other panelists, it will throw you off your game. Be prepared for sure!! There were four questions and they mix the order of who's answering first and they rotate the questions. For example: if I'm asked a certain question and the next candidate will be asked a different on and so forth but it will consist of the same four questions. I hope that helps.

I was very straightforward. Talked about what school I went to, a little bit about myself like where I'm from and what's important to me, and why I went into nursing. Keep it under 2 mins!

Hi! Congrats! This is so exciting and I wish you luck on the rest of the process. I was just wondering, do you feel like you did anything particular during the interview or while you were preparing that helped you succeed? Thank you in advance! 🙂

I interviewed today around 1:30pm for the oncology units, and they called me back 3hrs later to schedule my unit interview for tomorrow at 9am.

For those you who have the Medicine Observation Panel interview, can you remind what is the next step post interview? When can we expect to hear back? Have any of you heard back yet?

I believe they said we can expect to hear back as early as yesterday or as late as Friday? Correct me if I'm wrong. Wondering if anybody got a call back.
