1st set Fingerprint card rejected (Philippine graduate)

Hi, I have sent cogent systems 2 sets of fingerprint cards last May 30 as a requirement for NCLEX-RN for New Mexico. They have subsequently processed the 1st set last June 18 but I have been notified later that it was rejected, reasons of which were not specified.

I am fully aware that in the event that if the 1st set of card is rejected, the 2nd set of fingerprint (card) will automatically be scanned. I have been waiting for further notification regarding the result of my background check, or if ever 3M cogent have processed the 2nd set, but days and days have passed but until this time I have not received any notifications. Proof of fingerprint Submission receipt from cogentid website says that the 1st set was rejected, but it seems that that transaction status wont give any updates.

Pls help me what to do next. Should I send them another set of cards? Will I repay again? I tried emailing them but still no response. I'm in the last part of my application and this is taking me ages. Thanks in advanced!
