St. Mary Medical Center-Long Beach

Hello, does anyone have any insight on the RN new graduate program at St. Mary Medical Center in Long Beach and/or currently work there? I was recently hired as a new graduate for the telemetry unit and would love some insight. Thank you in advance.

They got back to me fairly quickly...I would say I applied and was invited to an interview within 2 weeks. I interviewed and heard back from them the next day with an offer.

What is the pay rate there for a new grad?

Hi, I am going to have an interview for new grad RN at St Mary soon. Can you share your interview experience? Did you accept the job offer and still working there?
