St. Jude Nursing externship 2017

Has anyone heard back from St. Jude regarding their summer externship program? I was wondering when they were going to let people know and start contacting them. If someone has previously been an extern there or has any information about the program it would be greatly appreciated!!

Hey, I got a call this morning with an offer but i've heard they sometimes don't let people know as late as may!

Congrats!!! That's awesome! Would you mind me asking which unit you chose/they offered? Did you previously interview with them before they offered you a position?

So it actually ended up not being as much of an interview process and a screening. They phoned me and asked a couple of screening questions before extending the offer. They do sometimes call from blocked numbers, so prepare to answer! I think the best way they can get to know you is through your letter of interest. This along with your resume are the most important things to get noticed by the hiring managers.

This question is for stockholm. Did you hear of other externs receiving calls around the time that you did, or was your call earlier than normal?? Thank you!

I dont know that in information. I think it varies based on your managers schedules!! I will say it takes a while between when they offer you a job on the phone and when they send you any official information
