U.S.A. New York

Hello, I'm about to take it and only have 2 days to prepare. Is it hard? What advice can you give me? Also, should I fail it and the retest, does that mean they'll pull the offer? Thanks in advance!

Hi!

I know this is an old post, but I hope I can be of assistance to someone! I recently accepted a job offer with St. Francis and took the pharm exam. It was pretty straight forward. You're given a study guide which highlights key information you should know. Focus on side effects and nursing considerations. There is a good amount of drug calculation as well, but pretty simple (desire/have * vehicle, IV calculation, and drips). The test is taken on a computer, at SFH, and I think you have about 1.5 hours (60 Q) to complete it. You can retest if needed and you are offered a review session before your retest, which I was told everyone always passes the second time.
