Hello everyone,

So has anyone read Communication in Nursing 5th, 6th, 7th , or 8th Edition by Julia Balzer Riley. I have no clue how to study for this class. We had an exam recently & everything on the exam looked foreign. My professor advised that she retrieved the questions from the SPSON professor in Staten Island. She even told the class that she did the exam herself and got an 80. Thats surely not a great look on her part.

I need help pleaseeeeeeeeeeee. If anyone knows where I can get a study guide or test bank for this.
