Hi, my name is Simon Antil

I am currently completing an Access to Higher Education for Health and Social Professions diploma course at a college in the UK.

As part of my research module I am conducting research into the potential benefits of addressing a patient’s spirituality in relation to assisting with their recovery either from injury or a long term illness.

I have created a short, 10 question, online questionnaire which I would appreciate if you could spend a few minutes to complete :).

The questionnaire is anonymous and your responses will be treated in strictest confidence. You have the right to withdraw from the survey up to the point of submission.
