Southern Illinois Online Nursing Initiave

Has anyone been enrolled in either the Southern or Northern Illinois Hybrid Nursing programs? I know that it says it is for "working LPN's", but I wonder how many hours I might be able to work if I get into the program, and I can't find very much information about it.
