South Carolina peeps, please help! Looking for a transfer equivalent class!

I have a really specific nursing school question: does anybody know what tech college or community college class would be the equivalent to Clemson's research methods class? NURS 3300. I have done a ton of research, and can't find a match. I've even used the transfer equivalent course app on Clemson's website. No matches found. But they don't offer a comprehensive list of tech schools for me to compare course work, either. I am a "pre nursing" student, working on my prerequisites, and hoping to apply to Clemson's accelerated nursing program next year (I already have a degree).

ordinarliy, I would have no problem sucking it up and taking that course from Clemson, but my husband and I are really strapped for money right now, and I can't afford the $601 per credit hour that Clemson wants to charge (at least, if I understood the tuition webpage correctly)

we've successfully avoided student loans, and would like to keep it that way, at least until I know I am accepted into a nursing school.
