South Carolina nursing nclex help!!!

I took my Nclex on the 26th of July. In South Carolina the rule is if you don't pass within the first year or taking the nclex the first time, you have to do remediation. I took it for the first time in June 2016. So it went over a month after my 1 year mark. Now I'm worried as to if I will get my license or not? What do you guys think? Pearson says I passed the boards and my ATT was until July 26 2017. So technically they issued it to me until that date and I took it before my ATT expired.

Can they reject me of a license if they let me sit for it? Because my ATT was only from April to July. Since I was guessing that was my cut off date. And such a specific random date too
