Soon to be Canadian RN want to move to USA. Where to start?

Hello everyone!

I'm completing my graduation in August 2023 and planning to take NCLEX asap after that. As a new grad what are my options if I want to move to USA? I'm a Canadian citizen, I guess I need to complete Visascreen and some other steps. But do I have to work in Canada for certain years before starting the proceedings?

Your best bet would to work 1 year in a hospital setting in canada then go must employers won't you to have experience in a hospital if you check my profile there should my thread on my journey to the us from canada
