Some help with resume...

Need help with a resume I am close to one year experience but not there yet. I do not want to leave my facility, just something else within the facility. I really don't know what skills to include or how to create a well-written resume.

My strongest abilities are communication, patient education, knowledge of patho/pharm and connecting it to bedside, patient advocate and patient safety. Always willing / able to help others (team approach). Clinical skills - too long to mention - what to focus on?

I am not really that great at "selling myself" on paper. In person - different story.
