Small town nurse

I have my heart set on several big teaching hospitals around the state, but am from a little known community college in a small town. Will I have tough competition from the nurses coming out of the universities?

What can I do to really market myself?

I doubt you'll have a problem. I worked at two of the level ones in NC. Tons of nurses from all over the state there, community college, Watts, etc...
